1. How can I place an order?

You can place an order by selecting your desired products, adding them to the cart, and proceeding to checkout. Follow the payment instructions to complete the purchase.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor the delivery status.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and other online payment methods.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once shipped, modifications or cancellations won’t be possible.

5. What if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours with images for a replacement or refund.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship only within India.

7. How long does it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days after order processing.

8. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours. Used or customized products are non-returnable.
